- Do you repair computer hardware?
- We will diagnose your computer problem(s) and make recommendations as to a cure, but any hardware repairs or replacement are the responsibility of the customer. We can recommend local hardware repairs shops in your area if out-of-warranty repairs are necessary.
Do you do off-site repairs?
- All services will be performed on your premises. That way you can see what was done to your computer, and there will never be an issue of "Well, it worked when you took it with you."
Do you do guarantee that you can fix my computer's problem?
- It is impossible to know what was done to your computer before we got involved. We will make our best efforts to remedy your computer's problem, but there may be those few times that you will discover that a particular piece of hardware or software is just not compatible with your current system configuration, or that your computer is simply not up to the task you have in mind.
