Rates

We have 3 rate structures: Hourly On-Site, Scheduled On-Site, and Prepaid Hourly via Telephone. Hourly On-Site: $75 per hour for businesses, $40 per hour for residential customers. One hour minimum, then billed in 30 minute increments. All charges are billed and payable at the time the service is performed. *Travel charges may apply. Scheduled On-Site: Just as you need to change the oil in your car on a regular basis, your computers need regular preventative maintenance. Ensuring that your systems are virus free, and with all the latest available updates, are just some of the services that we can provide on a regular basis. Contact us to set up your custom scheduled maintenance plan. *Travel charges may apply. Prepaid Hourly via Telephone: Prepaid telephone support can be purchased in 10 hour blocks at $50 per hour for businesses and $30 per hour for residential customers. Discounts are available for larger blocks. Your prepaid account will be debited in 15 minute increments. 10% discount for nonprofit organizations and senior citizens. *Travel charges: Travel time in excess of 30 minutes one way will be billed in 15 minute increments at the client's billing rate.
